RETURN POLICY - The return must be made within 30 days from the delivery date.
- The original packaging of the product must be undamaged.
- Labels and, if any, logos must not be removed.
- The item must be in a resalable condition.
- Men’s collection: For hygiene purposes, returns of underwear and swim briefs are not accepted.
- Women’s collection: For hygiene purposes, returns of bikini briefs and swimsuits will only be accepted if the hygiene seal has not been removed.
DELIVERY Your package will be delivered to you free of charge via DHL Express within 1-2 business days from the order date.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking code within 48 hours.
