Your package will be handed over to Yurtiçi Kargo within 1-2 business days and delivered to you free of charge.

PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please note that exchanges are not possible for purchases made on our website. However, if you wish, you can return your product and then reorder the correct color and size with free shipping. PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS

• The order must be delivered within 30 days of the scheduled delivery date.
• The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
• Product labels and logos, if any, should not be removed.
• The product must be in a condition suitable for resale.
• Men's collection: Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for underwear and swimwear.
• Women's collection: Due to hygiene regulations, bikini bottoms and swimsuits cannot be returned if the hygiene strips on the crotch area have been removed.

REFUND

Once your return reaches the relevant warehouse, it will be checked for compliance with the return conditions. If the product meets the conditions, the refund will be processed to your bank within 5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank's processing times. Products that do not meet the return conditions will be returned to the delivery address.
