This Privacy Policy aims to inform you about what information is collected from you, the purposes for which this information is used, to whom it is transferred, and security matters.

Information you provide when you use the site

You share information with us when you perform the following actions:

• When you provide information in your account (and if you used more than one email address or mobile phone number when shopping with us) or in your profile

• The Internet Protocol (IP) address is the address used to connect your computer or other device to the internet.
• Login email address and password
• To create features like Best Sellers, we sometimes combine your purchase history with other similar information from our customers.
• All Uniform Resource Identifiers (URLs) clicked on our website or on our site (including date and time); cookie number; products and/or content you viewed or searched for, page response times, download errors, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicking and hovering)
• Phone numbers used to call customer service numbers

Purposes of Processing Your Personal Information

We process your personal information to operate, deliver, and improve the services we provide to our customers. These purposes include:

Sharing Your Personal Information

• Third-Party Service Providers: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders for products and services, delivering packages, sending mail and emails, removing duplicate information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid lists and links), processing payments, delivering content, credit risk rating, and providing customer service. In addition, they are required to process personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and as permitted by applicable data protection laws.
• Protection of Rights: We may disclose account information and other personal information when we deem it appropriate to comply with laws, enforce our Membership Agreement and Terms of Use and other agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Bluemint, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations to provide protection against fraud and mitigate credit risk.
• Except as mentioned above, when your personal information is shared with third parties, you will receive a notification and have the option to choose not to share this information.

Transfer of Personal Data Outside of Turkey: We may transfer your personal information to the European Union and the United States to store and process it for the purposes described in this Privacy Statement. When transferring personal information to countries outside of Turkey as described above, we will ensure that the transfer of information complies with this Privacy Policy and other policy texts and is permitted by applicable data protection law.

Security of Your Information

The financial information collected is used to bill you for the products and services you purchase. When you make an online purchase on the website or mobile application, you agree to share your financial information with necessary third parties (banks, credit card companies, etc.) to complete your transaction. The information shared includes all necessary financial information, including credit card number, expiration date, and CVV2.

In transactions conducted in a secure environment, no person, institution, or organization other than you and the bank that issued your credit card can access your information. The credit card transaction page transmits card information directly to the bank's POS system and informs the member of the transaction result. Credit card information is not transmitted via email or similar methods and is absolutely not stored by Bluemint. It is not possible for even us to access the credit card information transmitted as a result of the online transaction.

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the information when you log in.
