BLUEMINT MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION TEXT

Bluemint Mağazacılık Anonim Şirketi (“Bluemint”) values ​​the protection of your personal data and therefore expects you to show the same sensitivity. For this reason, it is very important for us that you read this text, which details which of your personal data we use and for what purpose, and demonstrate that you clearly understand Bluemint's responsibilities as the "Data Controller" responsible for the administrative and technical security of this data.

Why am I reading this text?

Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), which entered into force on April 7, 2016, obliges the “Data Controller” to inform the individuals whose personal data is processed (used) (referred to as the data subject in the KVKK) about this data. As the Data Controller, we are obliged to prove that you have been informed about the personal data we will process about you.

What personal data of yours is used and how is it obtained?

At Bluemint, we obtain your personal data, as defined in this privacy policy, digitally (referred to as "automatic" in the KVKK - Turkish Personal Data Protection Law) through your membership creation and ongoing membership on our application. The types of personal data we obtain and the legal basis for obtaining them are explained below:

Customer Transaction Data Your customer number and customer profile information, order information (order number, amount to be paid, payment method, information about the products you ordered, delivery status), requests and complaints, order change or cancellation information. The processing of personal data belonging to the parties to the contract is necessary due to the purchases you have made through our application.
Financial Data Your invoice, amount and payment information. This information is obtained for the purpose of processing and recording your payment transactions.
Transaction Security Data Your IP address information, password information, verification code information, device type and operating system information, and technical service error logs. This information is obtained on the grounds that it is necessary for us to fulfill our legal obligations within the scope of your use of the application.
Legal Transaction Data Your membership agreement, distance selling and pre-information consents. It is processed for the purpose of fulfilling our legal obligations.


For what purpose and on what legal grounds is your personal data used?

The table below details the purposes for which Bluemint processes personal data within the scope of its activities fulfilling its obligation to inform. Each personal data processing purpose is matched with the categories of personal data used within that purpose and the relevant legal basis.

For the purpose of maintaining records of legal approvals, permissions, explicit consents, and/or refusals related to your membership account. Identity, Legal Transaction The processing is justified on the grounds that it is necessary for the fulfillment of our legal obligations.
Following up and managing legal affairs, conducting auditing and reporting activities. Identity, Communication, Legal Procedures, Customer Transactions, Marketing, Finance Processing is permitted on the grounds that it is necessary for the protection, exercise, or establishment of a right.


Are your personal data being transferred to others?

Yes, in summary, we may sometimes need to transfer your personal data to our business partners, official institutions, auditors, lawyers, and financial advisors. However, we only do so for specific purposes and with your knowledge. Therefore, your personal data:

• We use our website to provide our services, improve the quality of our services, provide technical infrastructure, and carry out support and controls, and we partner with our suppliers and service providers for this purpose.

• To fulfill our existing legal obligations, upon request from authorized institutions and organizations; to regulatory and supervisory bodies and public institutions or organizations explicitly authorized by law to request personal data,

• Legal matters are communicated to the relevant individuals and consultants with whom we collaborate for the purpose of monitoring legal processes.

What rights does the KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law) grant you?

The KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law) grants you the following rights to enable you to control your personal data:

(a) To find out whether your personal data is being processed;
(b) Requesting information on processing, if applicable;
(c) To ascertain the purpose of processing and whether the data are being used for that purpose;
(d) To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, if any, domestically or internationally;
(e) Requesting the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately;
(f) Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data.

You can find all of these rights and their details in Article 11 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data).

How can you exercise your rights?

If you submit your requests regarding the rights listed above to Bluemint in writing, Bluemint will process your request free of charge within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days. However, if the process requires additional costs, Bluemint will charge the fee specified in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

To exercise these rights, please submit your request in accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law). You can apply in writing by filling out the Application Form and sending it to Bluemint's address: “Bomonti, Silahşör Cd.
