BLUEMINT CALL CENTER INFORMATION COMMUNICATIONS
This Call Center Information Notice has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) by Bluemint Mağazacılık Anonim Şirketi (“the Company” or “we”), located at Bomonti, Silahşör Cd. No. 38, Ground Floor, Şişli/Istanbul, as the data controller, to inform you about how we process your personal data in relation to the calls you make to our call center telephone number regarding the services we provide.

Audio recordings of your conversations regarding the services we provide.
Legal Transaction Information
Correspondence with judicial and administrative authorities and authorized public institutions and organizations, investigation, lawsuit, and enforcement file contents, information regarding consumer court/arbitration board disputes, completion of data subject application forms or requests for data of data subjects, and relevant information that must be included in these processes.
2. METHODS, PURPOSES, AND LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is collected electronically through our call center, using automated or non-automated methods. We process your personal data based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data). Our purposes for processing your personal data and the legal grounds we rely on are detailed below:

You can submit your questions regarding your personal data and your rights and requests under Article 11 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data) to the Data Controller via a petition prepared in accordance with the conditions specified in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller, or using the "Data Subject Application Form" below. If you submit your requests regarding your rights as data subjects to the Company, the Company will process your request free of charge within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days. However, if the response to your application requires a cost in accordance with the legislation, the Company may request a fee according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
