BLUEMINT COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION DISCLOSURE STATEMENT
We, Bluemint Mağazacılık Anonim Şirketi (“Bluemint”, “Data Controller”), value the protection of your personal data and therefore expect you to show the same sensitivity. For this reason, it is very important for us that you read this text, which details which of your personal data we use and for what purpose, so that you clearly understand the obligations of Bluemint, which is responsible for the administrative and technical security of your personal data as the “Data Controller”.
Why am I reading this text?
Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), which entered into force on April 7, 2016, obliges the “Data Controller” to inform the individuals whose personal data is processed (used) (referred to as the data subject in the KVKK) about this data. As the Data Controller, we are obliged to prove that you have been informed about the personal data we will process about you.
What personal data of yours is used and how is it obtained?
At Bluemint, we obtain your personal data, as defined in this privacy policy, through digital means (referred to as "automatic" methods in the KVKK - Turkish Personal Data Protection Law) upon your consent in the sections related to sending commercial electronic communications. The types of personal data we obtain and the legal basis for obtaining them are explained below:

Are your personal data being transferred to others?
Yes, in summary, we sometimes need to transfer personal data to our business partners, official institutions, auditors, lawyers, and financial advisors. However, we only do so for specific purposes and with your knowledge. Therefore, personal data;
• To fulfill our existing legal obligations in cooperation with authorized public institutions and official authorities, upon request from the relevant institutions and organizations,
• The Message Management System allows for the management of approval and rejection records for sending electronic commercial messages.
• The operation, development, and management of Bluemint platforms; the execution of supply and support processes for our products and services; and collaborations with our business partners for the purpose of improving our service quality.
• If you have given your consent to receive commercial electronic communications, we may use bulk messaging service providers to send you commercial electronic communications.
• This information may be shared with relevant individuals and consultants with whom we collaborate for the purpose of monitoring legal matters and related legal processes.
What rights does the KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law) grant me?
The KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law) grants you the following rights to enable you to control your personal data:
(a) To find out whether your personal data is being processed,
(b) Requesting information on processing, if applicable.
(c) To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data are being used for that purpose,
(d) To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, if any, domestically or internationally.
(e) Requesting the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly.
(f) Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data.
You can find all of these rights and their details in Article 11 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data).
How can I exercise my rights?
If you submit your requests regarding the rights listed above to Bluemint in writing, Bluemint will process your request free of charge within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days. However, if the process requires additional costs, Bluemint will charge the fee specified in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
To exercise these rights, please submit your request in accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law). You can apply in writing by filling out the Application Form and sending it to Bluemint's address: “Bomonti, Silahşör Cd. No:38 Ground Floor, Şişli/Istanbul”; including your name, surname and signature; your Turkish Republic identity number if you are a Turkish Republic citizen; your nationality, passport number or identity number if you are not a Turkish Republic citizen; your residential or business address for notification purposes; your email address and telephone number for notification purposes; and the subject of your request; along with any necessary information and documents to verify your identity, or you can contact us.
